We also incorporate Project Lead the Way (PLTW) into our Technology and Science classes.  Additionally, students have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of extracurricular activities:  football, cheer, cross country, volleyball, track and field, basketball, softball, baseball, drama, Beta, 24 Club, and Student Council.

Our mission at HMS is to motivate, educate, appreciate and celebrate every one, every day. Our vision is that we will create success with P.R.I.D.E., instilling and building on the characteristics of Positivity, Responsibility, Integrity, and Determination Everyday. We are extremely proud of our school, students and faculty at HMS. We strive to provide a positive and safe learning environment. In addition, as an educational team, we are dedicated to academic excellence and holding high expectations to ensure that each and every student will be a successful learner.

We are excited about the 2020-21 school year and know that through a positive culture we will successfully conquer challenges, meet established goals, celebrate successes, all while keeping our PIVOT foot planted in doing what’s best for kids and living out our “WHY” in all we do.
