The Houston R-I School District is soliciting requests for proposals from qualified individuals for the purchase of naming rights for the district's new greenhouse under construction on campus.
Submissions shall include one (1) original signature copy, marked “ORIGINAL”. Proposals shall be in a sealed envelope marked on the outside with the offeror’s name and address and Greenhouse Project // Naming Rights and be submitted to: Dr. Justin Copley, Superintendent, Houston R-I School District, 423 West Pine Street, Houston, MO 65483
Proposals will be received at the above address until 4:00 p.m., Friday, June 30, 2023. Prices will not be read, nor disclosed in any other manner until after this deadline. Prospective respondents are prohibited from contacting any Board member, Superintendent, senior staff member, principal, department head, director, manager, or other District employee who has influence in the evaluation or selection process.
Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted. Proposals must be submitted in sufficient time to be received and time-stamped at the above location on or before the published date and time.
Individuals must submit sealed proposals on the forms that are provided, together with any material required by the time and date specified.
The District reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. It is the responsibility of the individual to monitor the district’s website at www.houston.k12.mo.us for any addendum to the sealed bid process.
