Parent-Teacher Conferences are just around the corner!
On Thursday, October 23, families will have the opportunity to meet with their child’s teachers, discuss progress, and strengthen the partnership between school and home. These conferences are a great way to learn more about your child’s experience and find ways to support their continued success!
Early Dismissal:
School will dismiss early at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 23 to allow time for Parent-Teacher Conferences.
Elementary Conferences (Grades PreK–5)
Teachers will reach out to parents to schedule meeting times. If the assigned time doesn’t work, please contact your child’s teacher to arrange an alternative. If you are unable to reach your child’s teacher, please contact the main office for assistance.
The Book Fair will be open from 1:00–7:00 p.m. in the Elementary Library during conferences!
Middle School Conferences (Grades 6–8)
Teachers will be available from 1:00–7:00 p.m. in their classrooms for parents to stop by—no scheduling required. For privacy, please wait outside if another parent is meeting with a teacher.
If you cannot attend, you may email or call the office to arrange alternative communication.
The Book Fair will be open from 1:00–7:00 p.m. in the MS/HS Library during conferences!
High School Conferences (Grades 9–12)
Conferences will be held arena-style inside Hiett gym, allowing students and families to easily locate teachers and have meaningful conversations about academic progress. Teachers who are shared with the middle school will be available in their classrooms.
The Book Fair will be open from 1:00–7:00 p.m. in the MS/HS Library during conferences!
