Preschool: Child must be age 3 before August 1
Kindergarten: Child must be age 5 before August 1

Screening Dates:
March 26, 27, 28
April 9, 10, 11, 16, 17 & 18

Important Reminder:
Screening appointments MUST be scheduled before March 20, 2026.

 Please bring:
• Current immunization record
• Proof of residency
• Child’s birth certificate
