Mr. Vandiver has built the high school’s welding program from the ground up into one of the most respected and sought-after programs in the area. Through his commitment to hands-on learning and high expectations, students leave his program with valuable technical skills, strong work ethic, and preparation for success in the workforce.

Beyond the classroom, Mr. Vandiver is a valued member of the High School Building Leadership Team and works collaboratively with colleagues and community partners to expand real-world learning opportunities for students.
