HHS Speech and Debate program inducted three students - Lee Skaggs, Krystalyn Haider and Robby Eastman - into the National Speech and Debate Honor Society, the National Forensic League. Each student all earned merit degrees for their participation in the 2023-24 speech season.

International Carrot Day, or Carrot Day, is celebrated annually on April 4th and is the pinnacle for carrot lovers all around the world. The 2024 HHS PROM 😎🪩💎🕺💃 is this Saturday night at The Grand Black in Licking. Here are some important details for our students and families. Also, congratulations to the candidates!
Students attending Prom should arrive at The Tiger Fieldhouse at 4:45 p.m. for bag checks. You may bring a small handbag to carry your personal belongings such as money for after prom, your phone, etc. All large bags or backpacks will be loaded onto a trailer and those attending After Prom will be able to change clothes before we leave the venue.
We will load the buses at 5:30 p.m. and leave for the Grand Black in Licking at 5:40 p.m. If you have not completed a bag check and are not on the bus by 5:30, you will risk missing the bus. All students must ride the bus to prom unless other arrangements are made with Mrs. Munson. For those not attending After Prom, the busses will arrive back at Houston High School at approximately 10:30 pm.
