As part of our continued effort to emphasize and celebrate daily attendance, our Elementary School will hold a drawing at the end of the first quarter for a movie night 🎥🍿🥤 at the Phoenix Theater for a family in each grade level K-5. The prize includes admission, drinks, popcorn and candy for a family of five. Every student who has 95% attendance for the first quarter will be entered to win.
Attendance, even in the early years, is critical to building a strong foundation for learning that will help your child succeed in middle school, high school and beyond. Help us keep prioritizing our students' success with strong attendance.

Our elementary's third annual 🛞 𝘾𝘼𝙍𝙀𝙀𝙍𝙎 𝙊𝙉 𝙒𝙃𝙀𝙀𝙇𝙎 🛞 is this Friday on campus. To prepare, the elementary will have a Career Day on Thursday. Students are encouraged to dress up as their future dream job. Additionally, our elementary students will be learning about career exploration during their computer rotations throughout the week.

𝙄𝙉𝙎𝙄𝘿𝙀 𝙊𝙐𝙍 𝘾𝙇𝘼𝙎𝙎𝙍𝙊𝙊𝙈𝙎 🐯 There was a big accomplishment by our sixth graders in Mrs. Micah Lee's social studies classes last week. Ninety-three percent of the student body got 100% scores on their continents and oceans tests. “They worked very hard to accomplish this," Mrs. Lee said. They are learning to identify different types of grasses and other plants commonly found in grass pastures and habitats across the state. Each student was assigned different types of grass to collect on their own and bring to class to create study materials for their classmates.

Coach Nikki Stilley is holding a 𝙃𝙊𝙐𝙎𝙏𝙊𝙉 𝙎𝙋𝙀𝘾𝙄𝘼𝙇 𝙊𝙇𝙔𝙈𝙋𝙄𝘾𝙎 🐯 meeting for all interested parents and athletes this Thursday in the elementary gym. Per the Special Olympics website, athletes should be at least eight years old and also be identified by an agency or professional as having one of the following: Intellectual disability; or flosely related development disability, which means having functional limitations in both general learning and in adaptive skills such as recreation, work, independent living, self-direction, or self-care.
