INSIDE OUR CLASSROOMS 🐯 It was a fun opening week of activities in Mrs. Micah Lee’s middle school classes. Sixth grade World History constructed marshmallow and icing ancient structure creations to introduce group work. In seventh grade Geography, students worked together as groups to create a poster to present and teach their peers the five themes of Geography.

INSIDE OUR CLASSROOMS 🐯 Students in Mrs. Olivia Poynter’s middle school math classes spent the first few days learning hot to treat one another and work together with the game “100s.” Each group had to find the numbers in consecutive order starting at 1 while alternating turns. Every class worked well together and quickly realized that being a teammate got the job done effectively.

With classes back in session, Building Trades 🐯🏠🔨 has resumed work on the residence being constructed at 511 Primrose Lane in Houston. There are 19 students (10 second year, 9 first year) in the program under the supervision of Mr. Preston Wade.
