Both the HHS Cross Country 🐯👟 boys and girls topped the field at Plato High School on Thursday for team championships. Five Lady Tigers - Kristen Ely (3), Natalie Clinton (7), Lilly Kincaid (9), Summer Bittle (11) and Allie Benoist (19) - finished in the top 20. And seven Tigers - Jack Sawyer (8), Warren Hinkle (11), Conner McKinney (12), Jake Allen (13), Aiden Kelly (16), Riley Talbott (17) and Dillon Shelton (21) - placed in the top 25. 📣 Senior Night for HHS Football, Houston R-1 Bands and HHS Cheer will be held as part of our homecoming activities on Sept. 29. We will recognize our seniors at 6:15 p.m., followed by the queen coronation at 6:30 p.m. and kickoff at 7 p.m.

Congratulations to these members of Houston Choirs 🐯🎵 - Hudson Volk (9/10 Bass), Addison Cook (11/12 Alto) and Jaelyn Scholz (9/10 Alto) - for being named to the SCMMEA District Honor Choir.
All students selected for the choir are required to participate in a "Pre-Rehearsal", and then attend an all day rehearsal with the guest clinician. At the end of that day's rehearsal, the 9/10 and 11/12 District Choirs perform a concert open to the public. Congratulations!
